Collection Instructions

1. Warm hand by running under warm water or gentle massage.
2. Use the middle or ring finger.
3. Place the lancet firmly on the side of the finger pad and push the button.
4. Wipe away the first drop of blood. This helps stimulate blood flow.
5. Wait for a full drop of blood to form.
6. Allow the blood to drop to and absorb through the filter paper. Only one drop per spot.
7. Do not overlay blood drops.
8. Do not touch the filter paper.
9. If the blood slows and the card is not completed, please repeat with the process with another finger.
10. Allow the card to throughly dry (1-3 hrs) before placing in the return mail pouch.
