Diabetes & Wellness Test Profiles

Personalized Wellness Profile: Includes a full menu of commonly ordered laboratory tests for assessment of the heart, pancreas, liver and kidneys and is ideal for identifying problem areas before the onset of symptoms or chronic disease. Advanced Diabetes Risk Profile: A comprehensive panel of routine state-of-the-art laboratory tests that are ideal for the prevention and management of diabetes. The report provides information to identify prediabetes, diabetes and diabetic complications. Gestational Diabetes Risk Profile: Includes a panel of biomarkers to identify women who may be at risk for developing gestational diabetes and its complications. This profile is for expectant mothers in their second trimester of pregnancy (13-27 weeks).

Quick & Easy

DiabetOmics offers dried blood spot collection kits to minimize the pain and time required for a standard blood draw. Drops of blood are simply placed on a collection card from a single finger prick. This method can be performed at home or within a clinical setting. A limited version of our Personalized Wellness Profile is offered using dried blood spots as a screening tool for diabetes and diabetic complications.

Convenient Locations

Full DiabetOmics profiles are performed using serum and wholeblood from a standard blood draw. This can be performed at your physician’s office or at a clinical laboratory within the DiabetOmics network. Please contact us and we will find a location convenient for you.
